3. Payment Terms
Payments can be made via various methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or cash upon delivery. Full payment is required before the delivery of the skip unless prior arrangements have been made.
3.1. Late Payments
Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the invoice.
4. Delivery and Collection
The Company will deliver the skip to the agreed location within the specified timeframe. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery area is accessible and safe for placement of the skip.
4.1. Unauthorized Access
The Company reserves the right to remove the skip if access is deemed unsafe or unlawful.
5. Use of Skip
The Customer agrees to use the skip solely for the purpose of waste disposal as outlined in the booking details. Overloading or misuse of the skip may result in additional charges or removal.
5.1. Weight Limitations
Each skip has a specified weight limit. Exceeding this limit can pose safety risks and may incur extra fees.
6. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited from being disposed of in the skip:
- Hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, asbestos)
- Electrical appliances containing refrigerants
- Medical waste
- Vehicles or large machinery
6.1. Reporting Prohibited Items
Any inclusion of prohibited items will result in immediate removal and potential legal action.
7. Liability
The Company is not liable for any damage caused to the Customer's property during the delivery or collection of the skip, except where such damage is a direct result of the Company's negligence.
7.1. Insurance
Customers are advised to have adequate insurance coverage for any potential damages.
8. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery without incurring any charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

9. Insurance
While the Company maintains insurance for its operations, it is recommended that Customers also have their own insurance to cover any potential incidents.
